For Talents

• Free to Join - Creating a profile is free
• Service Fee - Small percentage of each booking
• Premium Features - Optional paid enhancements

For Companies

• Free to Browse - Searching talent is free
• Booking Fee - Small fee on each booking
• Job Posting - Basic posting is free
• Featured Listings - Optional paid promotion

For Agencies

• Subscription Options - Monthly or annual plans
• Commission - Set your own for your talent

How Fees Are Applied

• Fees are calculated per transaction
• Clearly displayed before confirmation
• Deducted automatically
• Receipts provided for all transactions

Fee Breakdown Example

For a LKR 50,000 booking:

• Talent receives: LKR 45,000
• Platform fee: LKR 5,000 (10%)
